Arthritic feet

Regardless of what form of arthritis is affecting the feet, arthritic feet have special needs. Arthritic feet can have bony issues including bunions and prominent bones on the soles of the feet, stiff joints and tight muscles. Treatment can include off loading pressure points, introducing padding, introducing exercises for stiff joints and tight muscles.

Footwear is also of great importance as certain shoe types are recommended for particular arthritic foot types.
